 At Mama’s Home, every dish is created with intention. My food blends Southern comfort, Creole soul, and a touch of creative flair, but more importantly, it carries love. From buttery biscuits and banana pudding cupcakes to jambalaya, “Marry Me” salmon, loaded chili, soulful soups, and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, my goal is to serve meals that feel familiar, comforting, and unforgettable—like something your mama or grandma made when she wanted to show love without saying a word.

The inspiration for Mama’s Home came directly from my children, who encouraged me to share my home-cooked meals beyond our family table. Their belief in me pushed me to step out on faith. I also draw deeply from generations of women in my family—my mother, grandmother, and aunts—women who cooked with healing hands, prayed over their pots, and understood that food was more than nourishment; it was medicine, comfort, and care. Mama’s Home was created to honor that legacy while creating new memories for today’s families.

I believe there is a real need to bring love back into our homes, and food is one of the most powerful ways to do that. A warm meal can calm a stormy day, bring families back together, spark conversation, and remind people they are seen and cared for. Mama’s Home is my way of giving back—by creating tasty, soulful, and delicious moments that turn into lasting memories. Every plate is an invitation to pause, gather, and feel at home.

What began as Sunday dinners and cooking out of my Charlotte, NC kitchen has grown into a bigger vision. Mama’s Home started with personal chef and private cook services and is expanding to include pre-ordered meals, catering, and the hope of a full food truck by 2026. Alongside the food, I’m building Mama’s Home Cares, a community outreach program dedicated to feeding people not just physically, but emotionally—because no one should feel forgotten or unloved.
