Mama's Booking policies

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service. Services will not begin until the remaining balance is paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to service.

If the guest count increases after booking, pricing will be adjusted accordingly and may require upgrading to the appropriate package tier.

Reductions in guest count after booking do not reduce the base package price, as advance planning and purchasing are completed based on the confirmed reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable due to advance planning, grocery purchases, and reserved service time.

In the event of client cancellation within 72 hours of service, the full balance may be due. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Personal Chef services are available on designated service days and require advance booking. Availability is not guaranteed until deposit is received. 

All food allergies and dietary needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. 

Mama’s Home is not responsible for undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions. 

Menu selections are finalized prior to service. Late changes may not be accommodated based on ingredient purchasing and preparation timelines. 

For food safety, pets must be secured away from the kitchen and food preparation areas during service.

Clients must provide a safe and functional kitchen environment, including access to running water, electricity, and adequate counter space. 

Packages include up to 6 hours of on-site service. Additional time requested or required beyond the allotted time will be billed at $85 per hour. 

Mama’s Home is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or government restrictions.

By booking a Personal Chef service with Mama’s Home, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
